I kinda love this movie. "Warm Bodies" is a well-paced, nicely directed, post-apocalyptic love story with a terrific sense of humor and the, um, guts to be unabashedly romantic and unapologetically optimistic. Looking a little like a boy-band heartthrob who won first place at a Hollywood Halloween party thanks. When I was going to see this movie, i was thinking that it gonna be another teen movie about a girl that's discover the natural identity of her boyfriend, but it wasn't like this, it was so much better, with alternative focus and interesting Q: Is "Warm Bodies" based on a book?

Whether you read the popular novel or not, you'll enjoy this darkly funny and romantic movie. It's a great twist on the Romeo and Juliet tale and has wonderful "heart". Warm Bodies is being billed as a zombie rom-com, which is unoriginal enough, but it's not even that.
It does start off with some stabs at comedy, as R (a suitably puppy-dog-ish Nicholas Hoult), a young zombie wandering through life (or I guess death). Zombie movies have been around for decades, but how often has the zombie been the hero of a love story? R is definitely the good guy here, in spite While decidedly a romantic comedy, Warm Bodies does contain violent scenes and a few gruesome moments, mostly involving zombies' dining habits. Nicholas Hoult, the lead zombie, is an extremely appealing actor.
